Pay-As-You-Go Fees

PropCon uses a wallet system for additional costs, payable directly by the user.
Agents can top up their wallet or the main account holder can allocate funds to agents to cover pay-as-you-go fees.

Service Unit Price
SMS R 0.30 (160 Characters)
We use a service provider that allocate random numbers when sending SMS message to ensure a higher delivery rate. Note that SMS messages are billed R0.30 per 160 characters
Email R 0.02
We use a service provider that provides detailed analytics like open and click rates.
Artificial Intelligence Cents
We integrate with OpenAI and Google Gemini to help you write property descriptions, articles, social posts, convert voice to text, stage property photos etc and depends on the length of your response you will pay anything from a few cents.
Drive R 20.00 per GB
Store file documents like FICA, Contracts, Mandates etc
Bulk Imports R 250.00 per hour
You can do your own bulk imports at for FREE, but our assistance comes with an hourly fee.
Designs R 550.00 per Design
Make a single payment for a custom design you can reuse unlimited times. Creating custom designs can be covered on a company level where all the agents can be provided with a library of brand centered designs for them to reuse. Examples included social media posts for New Release, Sold, On Show etc. Birthday Cards, Hours Anniversaries Cards, Listing Marketing etc

PropCon remains committed to providing premium technology at an affordable price, ensuring accessibility for all real estate professionals in South Africa.

Profile Fees and Discounts
  • Every user enjoys a free trial period to familiarise themselves with PropCon's functionalities.
  • Following the trial, a monthly fee of R200 p/m (ex VAT) per profile is applicable.
  • For accounts with 3 - 49 profiles, the fee reduces to R170 p/m (ex VAT) per profile per month.
  • For accounts with 50+ profiles, the fee decreases further to R 145 p/m (ex VAT) per profile per month.
  • For accounts with 100+ profiles, the fee decreases further to R 100 p/m (ex VAT) per profile per month.
Admin & Personal Assistants

We offer a discounted profile for Personal Assistant or Admin profiles at R50 p/m (VAT Incl). This profile has access to the full system and features, but is unable to export any data. Limitations include No Data Allowed (No Contacts and No Listings can be loaded into their own profile).
